Our story
From one licensed plumber to a trusted trio of trades
We began in a Setapak workshop with a single SPAN-licensed plumber and a simple frustration: too many homeowners were paying for quick patches that failed within a season. The fix was never the problem — the diagnosis was.
So we built Pulsely around getting the cause right first. Over the years we added roofing and waterproofing specialists, because water rarely respects the boundary between a pipe, a wall and a roof. Today one accountable team can follow a leak wherever it hides.
We stay deliberately compact. That means the person who quotes your job is often the person who does it — and the one who picks up the phone if anything needs a second look.
