Torch-on membrane
Heavy-duty bituminous membrane for flat concrete roofs, gutters and exposed decks.
The best leak is the one that never starts. We seal roofs, wet areas and structures with the right system for the surface — not a one-size-fits-all coat of hope.

Overview
Waterproofing fails when the wrong product meets the wrong surface. We assess movement, exposure and substrate, then specify torch-on membrane, PU injection or a coating system that actually suits the job.
Every application is prepped properly — because adhesion, not the label on the tin, is what keeps water out.
Systems we apply
Heavy-duty bituminous membrane for flat concrete roofs, gutters and exposed decks.
Polyurethane injected into cracks to seal active leaks in walls, basements and slabs.
Flexible coatings for bathrooms, balconies, planter boxes and retaining walls.
Bathroom and kitchen floors sealed before tiling to stop long-term seepage.
Negative and positive-side treatments for below-ground water ingress.
Full membrane systems with proper falls, upturns and protective screeds.
Good to know
It depends on the system and exposure — membranes and PU systems typically last many years when correctly installed. We’ll give the expected life and warranty in writing.
Sometimes. PU injection and certain coatings can treat leaks without full demolition. We assess first and recommend the least invasive option that will actually hold.
Yes. Alongside our workmanship warranty, waterproofing systems carry material-specific coverage depending on what’s used.
Get it assessed before it reaches the reinforcement. We’ll recommend the right system and quote it fixed.
