This policy explains how Pulsely Plumbing & Roofworks Sdn. Bhd. (“we”, “us”) handles the personal information you share with us through pulsely.my and in the course of providing our services. We follow the principles of Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

• Details of the enquiry or work, including any photos you choose to send.

Your information is used to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out work, issue invoices, and keep records required for warranty and legal purposes. We do not sell your data.

Sharing

We may share limited details with trusted suppliers or specialist sub-contractors strictly where needed to complete your job, and with authorities such as SYABAS or IWK where an application or inspection requires it. Everyone we work with is expected to protect your information.

Keeping your data

We hold records only as long as necessary for the purpose collected, or as required by tax and warranty obligations, after which they are securely deleted or anonymised.

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No online transmission is ever completely secure, but we take care to limit access to those who need it.
