These terms govern the services provided by Pulsely Plumbing & Roofworks Sdn. Bhd.. By requesting a quote or booking work, you agree to them.

Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information available at inspection and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If hidden conditions come to light once work begins — for example concealed damage behind a wall — we will pause, explain the situation and agree any change in scope or price with you before continuing.

Bookings and access

You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time. If a visit cannot proceed because access is unavailable, a call-out charge may apply.

Carrying out the work

We perform work with reasonable skill and care and in line with relevant standards, including SPAN requirements where applicable. Timelines are estimates given in good faith and may be affected by weather, material supply or unforeseen site conditions.

Payment

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due on completion. Larger projects may require a deposit or staged payments, which will be set out in your quote.

Workmanship warranty

Completed work carries a workmanship warranty, with the period stated in your quote or invoice. Waterproofing and certain materials carry additional manufacturer coverage. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, third-party alterations, or issues unrelated to our work.

Liability

Our liability is limited to remedying defective workmanship covered by the warranty. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
